Where is the fuse panel located at on a 1984 jeep grand wagoneer and iam wanting to know if there are any fuses for the dash warning lights

The fuse panel is normally located under the driver-side dash - on the firewall. It is pretty far up on the firewall, so you will have to get down low on the floorboard to access it. BTW, every electrical component of a vehicle will be fused or otherwise protected at some point in the circuit. What exactly are you having problems with?
