See my profile........What you need is called a "WHEEL STUD".
Some come out EZily, others are a real pain.
They are PRESSED IN
Some can be removed using a heavy hammer and a large punch....careful not to bend or damage flange.
Some can be pressed in/out ......this is the preferred way.
You may be able to do this, USING METHOD BELOW. You may also check with a parts store for some new EZer tool.......you might even have to take it to a tire store or auto shop. ( or high/ tech school auto mechanics class...maybe free or inexpensive..call 1st)
METHOD-Obtain new stud at parts store, same threads, length, shoulder size.
using a socket, larger than the studs head, on the backside of the flange (to catch it in),.......
and a socket (same/ or smaller in diameter as old stud) on the frontside.
Using a LARGE "C" clamp, squeeze down on both sockets, continue squeezing until you press the old stud into the recieving large socket.
INSTALLATION IS SIMILAR------This time only 1 socket is needed, it must be larger than the threaded portion of the NEW stud. It will be used on the frontside of the flange.
"C" clamp will now squeeze the stud head from the backside, push stud thru the hole and threads are protected as it pushes into the recieving socket.
INSURE IT IS SEATED ALL THE WAY
