I drive a 1997 Jeep TJ Sport. When I signal left, as soon as I touch the brakes, the signal light stops flashing and stays constant. If I let go of the brakes, it begins flashing again. When the brakes are engaged, the signal light on the front of the Jeep comes on. I'm not sure what needs fixing in this situation. I also have a 1989 Jeep YJ Laredo that has this same problem, only it happens with both signal lights. Please tell me what's going on. Thank you.
