1995 Other Jeep Models Dies while running

I have a 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado. The engine will stop running while I am driving, sometimes it will start right back up and others I have to wait for at least 10 minutes up to 3 hours. I had to have it towed to the shop, they had it for 6 days, said it ran fine for them. I still am having the same problem. I have had the Fuel pump and Auto shut down relays, Oxygen sensor and the Ignition distributor, and Ignition coil all replaced.Any ideas on what it could be??
