1986 Other Jeep Models Clutch Master Cylinder

I need to replace the Clutch Master Cylinder on a 1986 Jeep Comanche and I would like to know the following as I live in a small rural town.

1. Can the old cylinder be refilled with fluid?
2. If I can fix a John Deere tractor can I fix this myself or do I need a jeep mechanic?
3. The clutch went out slowly and now will not release...can i assume that it is the Clutch Master Cylinder or do you think it is the Slabe Master Cylinder?

if your not sure which one has the leak, check the clutch pedal inside the cab. towards the top is where it push's the cylinder. if thats soaked in fluid theres your problem. if its not wet there, check the hose off of the bottom of your resivour. should just look like a brake hose. if you can see no leaks, it more than likely is the slave. which i believe requires backing the transmission up to get too. some models also, if the slave is leaking, you will see fluid running out of the bell housing.
