Misfires, loss of power

My vehicle will not idle correctly. it has loss of power, it hesitates and cuts out at 50 mph. then when it idles down it almost shuts off.

I just installed a new computer,new plugs,I cleaned the throttle body,and IAC. i don't know how old the distributor cap and the plug wires I just bought about a month ago.

Yes it starts right back up, but it misses.

I would change the cap, rotor and wires.

I would also do a compression test to be sure all cylinders are working correctly.
