Liberty water in oil

I just had my oil changed at WalMart and the guy there told me that my 2004 Liberty has water in the oil. I know this is usually not a good thing and can point to a head gasket or cracked head. It has 50K miles and it seems like it shouldn't have this problem yet. Any advice on what I should do?
