checked the oil and the cap had a little discolor on it little cream color just a little not much

Hi:
This is caused by moisture. Make sure the coolant level isn't dropping so we can eliminate the chance that it's a headgasket. If that is ok, chances are you need to replace the PCV valve. It's on the valve cover. When replacing it, make sure the hose attached to it isn't clogged.
