2004 Jeep Laredo Windows & interior lights

2004 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO

Hi,
I notice yesterday while driving that my interior lights was still on. I checked all the doors they were closed. Also none of the powered windows works. Please advise what you think is the problem.

This just happened to me as well, did you find out what the problem was?

I took it to the garage and they found that a wire was cut on the driver's side door. once they fixed that everything was back to normal.
