2002 Jeep Laredo Radiator Fan Does not turn off?

My radiator fan keeps running when I shut it off. I have removed the fan motor relay and it hasn't helped. Any ideas? Thx.

check the Aux. Engine Cooling Fan relay should be in with the other fan relay
