2001 Grand Cherokee Oil Pressure/starting/antifreeze

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.0L with 125,00 miles on it. It runs OK but I have 3 problems with it. First problem is that the oil pressure is good up to 60 Psi when the car is cold but after it warms up to normal operation temp. The oil pressure is down to 10 PSi at idle speed (700Rpm). It goes up to 40 Psi when I accelerate above 1,000 Rpm. Second problem is that the car is hard to start. It has to turn over about 15 times before it starts running. Third problem is that I have to add coolant to the overflow bottle every couple of days. None of the above problems seem to have an effect on the car running. It runs well with plenty of power. I don't think the head gasket is blown because there is NO white smoke when the car is running. What could it be?

grab a flashlight and a short step , open the hood and remove the oil fill cap , you need to be right on top of it to see if there is a trace of coolant there , remember your face should be in the hole you need to look at the head surafce on the inside of the valve cover right below oil fill , if you find anything let me know

Jim,
Yes, there appears to be a small amount of mustard colored foam around the edge of the oil fill cap. I stated above that I was having to add coolant but I forgot to say that the coolant is not dripping or leaking out it is just disappearing.

well look in the hole down to the head surface with a bright light, what we are looking for is a crack in the head which results in coolant loss but not external ,the crack if its there will be where i said straight down the hole but you have to lay on the engine to get the right view
