Even though I have only 33,000 miles on my 2000 Jeep Cherokee, should I change the Timing Belt because of the age of my car rather than the miles that I have driven?

Thanks.

Hi:
Your vehicle doesn't have a timing belt. It has a timing chain. It will last for many miles and the years shouldn't have any affect on it.
