Mine isnt working. How do you remove this center from the dasboard of car. It isnt in manuals and I think one of the nine bulbs may have blown.

I have a 94' Laredo....I can't fins out any information about this area of the vehicle....mine is in Spanish and it flashes all the time...I need to know how to translate what the messages mean....please help
