I do not remember exactly where it is located but I do know that it is more than likely your wiper relay that is the cause of your frustration unless you had a mouse or person in there making a mess of your wires. Get a chilton's manual ($15) at the local auto parts store and it should show you. Try looking either on the driver's side or passenger side for a black box that is 3-5inch square with a thin plug going into it. This will be by the kick panels or by your steering column. If you do not find one of these, then one of your relays under the hood may be the problem. If it was your wiper motor, nothing would work or all would work just like it was meant to. Good luck!
