Starting few months back truck start to get realy poor milage from 28 miles per gallon to 16mpg I replased spark plugs,ingntion wires all filters map sensor , no improvement What is wrong? what is next?

Check the fuel pressure regulator. It is located on thefuel rail, and has a vacuum line that goes to the intake manifold.If there is any fuel in the vacuum line , the reg needs to be replaced. Any check engine light?
