1983 Jeep CJ7 oil leak

i have a cj7 with a amc 360 in it and every time i run it it runs fin but when i stop and let it sit it leaks oil underneith at first i thought it was the rearmain but in leaks all over underneith and drips from the driveline and all over ? any ideas ? thanks

Hi there,

You will have to wash it down and go for a drive, then get underneath and check for fresh leaks, they should not be that hard to see, start here.

See my profile, Try a pump up sprayer w/ purple power cleaner, Rinse well, then find you a real dusty dirt road. After a good drive up and down it several times, take it home and look for the OILY, DUSTY spots.
