If you have a 304 with a stock oil pan, you should add 5 quarts with oil and filter change.....Always verify on your dipstick after about 10 minutes for it to settle in the pan. (after engine has run and filled up the oil filter!) If your engine is a little old, you might substitute 1 quart of Marvel Mystery Oil for a quart of oil during oil change---Helps free up internal stuff and cleans inside.
