See my profile, here to help, until you are fixed! Answer many, nobody replies much, might be my "signature" closing in all my posts. Sorta sounds like 2 possibilities, I have experienced, wild, unexplainable stuff like that too! I know my CJs, You can "bench bleed" installed in Jeep....THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT! Explain the bench steps you are doing, (you type awhile) If my steps are different, I will explain the "Nelsomatic" Way, with it on your Jeep. 2 Ways Possible Problems are : Needs correct bench bleed or the Master Cylinder is defective (even new can be bad) I am picking DOOR number one! If you read recent CJ 5 and CJ 7 questions, you will see I have answered most, You will also see the extent, that I will help you! I can also let you see pics of my Jeep Mechanical Modifications, some may help you out, Ask me, and I will tell you how to see them (PM) you with details. Heres some pics, of my present Jeeps REPLY Love, Turddog
