2000 Grand Cherokee Limited V8 4.7 Liter

When I am accelerating between 25 & 40 mph, I get a rattling from the back of the vehicle. It sounds like tin or aluminum. I have gotten under my Jeep and have found nothing loose that would rattle around. The exhaust system is in decent shape, but I can't find where this annoying sound is coming from. When on the highway at more than 40mph, and before 25mph, there is no rattling sound at all. Anyone have any ideas what this might be?
