No spark condition

I was driving and I ran out of gas, I tried starting it again and it started briefly and shut off. since then I have put five gallons in and tried starting it and it did not start. so I checked if the pump is not working and it is and checked if I have fuel pressure and I do, turns out there was no spark. I have replaced all my fuses and replaced cap and rotor and ignition coil, spark plugs and wires were replaced two months ago. that is all I have gotten so far. could you please help me figure out the problem?

Maybe you did not run out of gas.

Usually when a Cherokee comes through here and "shut off and will not start", many times it is the crankshaft position sensor.

Sometimes it will fire right up forty five minutes to an hour later, go a while then shut off again.

This is just a possibility. Others may jump in with more possibilities.

I did not know your exact nomenclature so I just guessed with a "SE"

You can correct it yourself at this site I am linking you to, it may make no difference both being a 4.0 Liter. "exact fit" is the goal here, seems they are prouder with some of them!

It has not stared in about six days. I pulled the fuse box and checked the wires to see if any were shorted and a relay and a fuse was popped and I replace those and one wire going from a 20 amp fuse to a ASD relay and it started right up .
