no blinkers help!!!!!

i have a 1985 jeep cherokee, my blinkers do not work. the fuse box is a mess. the stop where my blinker fuse is, is missing a prong..dont know if that is a problem or not...my hazards work. the bulbs are good, the flasher is good , but i still get no blinkers . they used to work but they stopped. i dont know what the problem is...i am thinking the switch. but if my hazards work then the switch is good right?? please help any info will be good ..
