anything special about replacing the ABS module

is there anything special about replacing the ABS module? No computer problems etc?

I attached the procedure for you for the replacement.

The module will have to be programmed when installed whether it is new or used. It will not function if you do not have this done. It is done with an advanced scan tool.

HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT/CAB ASSEMBLY
Removal & Installation
Remove negative battery cable from battery. Pull up on CAB harness connector release. See Fig. 5 and remove connector. Remove brake lines from HCU. Remove HCU/CAB mounting nuts and bolt. Remove HCU/CAB.
Install HCU/CAB on the mounting studs. Install mounting nuts and bolt. Tighten to 102 INCH lbs. (11.5 N.m). Install brake lines to the HCU and tighten to 170 INCH lbs. (19 N.m). Install wiring harness connector to the CAB and push down on the release to secure the connector. Install negative battery cable on battery. Bleed ABS brake system.
