I have a problem.I have a 2005 jeep Grand Cherokee that when I turn the headlights on the rear lights won't light up. I apply the brakes and the brake lights go on. I went to the auto parts place and bought 2x #3157 light bulbs and replaced the top bulb on each side and nothing happened still the same problem. Then I replaced all the bulbs with 3175 light bulbs and still nothings happens. Are all the bulbs the same number? Is there a fuse I should be looking for ? I thought maybe a wiring problem but both sides won't work

I found a fuse in the integrated something module well at least I think that is what it is. It is under the hood next to another fuse box.( Drivers side) The fuse said parking lamp and it is gone.does the car need this fuse to run the lights in the rear that won't come on when I turn on the headlamps?

I would check to see if there is power back there at the white wire with the dark blue stripe and see if there is power. As for the park lamp fuse it should be a 10 amp and should be in the intergrated power module that also has the park lamp relay too. It is on the left side (drivers) of the engine compartment. If the fuse is missing then replace that first and see what you get. Let me know how it goes.

I bought this 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee at an auction. Someone removed 3 relays to make the car less desirable. As soon as I put in the relays everything is working again. I had prepared for the worst. Thanks for your help with everything. Doug
