Just bought this. Has a loud squeeking constantly while driving any speed. Sounds like it goes with wheel rotation. Had new brakes put on twice, new rotors, brake kit w/springs. One mech. said bent axle shaft. (nobody else believes this) Another said something with the aftermarket rotor, and needing to mic out a hole, another feels it may have to do with the e-brake. I've already spent $400 and still have this annoying problem.

If the nosie did not change what-so-ever after the brake job, I would eliminate the brakes as a source. I would put it in the air and use a stethescope to narrow it down. A dry u-joint can do this noise.

Just go DX. Bent axle shaft, runout is .023. Rt axle is also slightly bent. Also problem w/ parking brake all froze up as well as Rt rotors etc. This prob. gave a bump when you stop or let off the brake. All said & done this repair will cost approx. $1900. Thanks for trying.
