Hello and thanks for donating

Check to see if your horn relay has failed, that is what you have described.. The horn relay is located in the junction block, behind the right kick panel.

Hi beauman8. Welcome to the forum. The buzzing can be caused by the horn relay chattering if one of the horns is shorted. Usually the fuse will blow, but the horn might not be totally shorted yet. Unplug one of the horns and try it. If you still hear the buzzing, unplug the other horn. Now you should hear just a click from the relay. Plug the first horn back in and try it. If it works, but sounds sick, (tone-wise), the unplugged horn is defective. When you remove it, you will see stamped on it whether it is the low note or high note.
