most likely its not a fuse but either a bad blower motor or even more likely its the blower motor resister located right next to the blower motor in the heater box. there is a cardboard circuit board with resisters on it that melts and causes the open. usually it starts out by losing one speed setting and then eventually cuts out.

Where would i find the heater box and the resistor in a Jeep. Is it located behind the glove box? Is there somewhere I can find a fuse panel layout just in case?

i dont have a pictr i can show you but its behind glove box. if there is a panel underneath then remove the panel and you will look up underneath and see it. the blower motor is pretty big and the wires from the resister plug into the blower motor.
