I repleaced a damaged Radiator. at the same time I also replaced the thermostat and water pump.
The engine still would overheat.

I observed that the electirc fan motor was not coming on. I replaced the motor and sitll have the problem.
All fuses are OK.

Ok if I understand right the electric fan is not coming on at when the car gets up to temp. So tell me this does it come on when you turn on the defrost or A/C. Let me know what it does and we will go from there ok.

The fan does not come on when either the AC or the defroster are turned on.

Sidenote we had to remove the AC coil in front of the radiator, when we replaced the radiator, and therefore lost all freon.

Ok that is fine it should still have come on. Now do you have a regular engine fan on the engine too? I am suspecting the fan relay so I will send you a test procedure and diagrams too. Do you have a digital multi meter as you will need one to do this. You will probably need to save this as a pic and magnify it ok. Well it won't load I will try to include it on another response.
The relay is in the power distrubution center on the right side of compartment on inner fender. D10 sould be hot at all times (LT GRN/RED wire) D11 should be hot in run possition (White wire) D14 should go to fan motor (LT Blue wire) D13 comes from the fan relay control in the powertrain module (computer) it is (Dk blu/Pnk). Hope this helps.

I'm confused as to where exactly the relay is. Will I be able to tell which relay is for this fan?

Ok under the hood there is a relay center or box on the passenger fender. Remove the lid on the inside of the lid tells what relay does what. Here is a pic of that side and it includes the distribution center. You may need to save pic and magnify it ok.
