I had problems with the driver's door lock getting hung up, so that it wouldn't work, and when it did work, it made a loud grinding sound. I took it to a shop, and they said the actuator was wearing out. I got them to replace the actuator, and now the grinding sound is gone, and the lock doesn't hang up. It works just as it should when operated by the physical key, or by the controls on the inside of the door. But when I try to use the remote control, it will lock or unlock all the doors as it should, except the driver's door, and it simply won't work on the driver's door. I got brand new batteries installed in the remote control, so I know that isn't the problem. Do I need a new remote control, or is something else in need of repair?
