1999 Jeep Cherokee Key attachement stopped working

You need to check the main switch on the driver's door. Check to see if it sends power out when it is actuated. Also, here is a how to for reprograming the fob. See if it helps.

Which would my jeep fall under GM receiver? Also at high speeds my car starts to vibrate from 50-60mph and then sometimes when I hit a bump at those speeds it will set off my front tires to where they go crazy like im running over a million speed bumps and my steering wheel goes crazy with it. It isn't until i slow down to about 30 that it stops and slowing down that much on an interstate is dangerous.

What is a pitman arm? and the link that you showed me only has GM, Ford, Blazer, and Honda sliding door. =[
