when my jeep is in park idleing the day time running lights flicker and the idle goes up and down almost stalling. And when I shut the engine off I cannot restart the truck in park I must put in nutral to start.After first time this happened I changed the battery and cleaned the throdle body as I thought this was the problem but this wasn't the case, the problem is still happening. The voltage gadge goes past half when this is happening. this is very weired to me please help.Could it be the altinator, but as far as the starting in park or nutral I have no clue did you ever come across this before.
