1999 Jeep Cherokee Fuel leak

1999 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive 100000 miles

Hello, I have a fuel leak at the tank, I can reach my hand up on the top of the tank and feel the gas, is there an acess panel to get to the top of the tank and hoses or does the tank need to be dropped?
