1997 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have water pouring out of the rear air vents to the back passengers as well out of the front floor vents onto the feet of the driver and side passenger when the a/c is on. I guess a drain hose is blocked? Where can I clear the blockage if there is one or how can I fix this problem?

Get under the jeep at the passenger side, where the A/C evaporator attaches to the firewall, THIS SHOULD BE THE a/c DRAIN CLEAR IT WITH COMPRESSED Air in short low pressure bursts, or a platic tool.
