1996 Jeep Cherokee 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I HAD MY TRANSMISSION TOTALLY REBUILT, NOW THAT WE HAVE PUT IT ALL BACK TOGETHER THE CLUTCH WILL NOT SHIFT

I'm not sure I understand. Does the clutch pedal have pressure?

I'm not sure I understand. Does the clutch pedal have pressure? Is it slipping? Won't it disengage the trans?
