can I use Yale Automotive muffler cement to reconnect the exhaust pipe to the catalytic? Will it hold? I also am putting new support clamps to hold the exhaust in place.

Hello,

Unless it hardens like Steel and you cleaned the metal properly, No it won't hold. It is better to Weld it.
