Hi,
This morning I had a message that said CHECK GAUGE. So I pulled over and opened the hood and out came all this smoke. I barely came home and am not quite sure what to do?

the smoke from under the hood if it had a sweet smell its coolant , check all fluid levels and see if any are low . dont open the radiator cap when the engine is hot .....if the coolant is low you will need to look for a leak possable water pump leak or hoses . its best to use a pressure test to check the cooling system .

it could also be an alternator or a battery issue. look at you voltage guage when its running. Voltage should be around 14.0
