the rear brakes esp. on the right side brakes suddenly when pressing on the brake pedal. All of the brake front pads and rear shoes were replaced.
what is the cause of the rear brakes to grabs/brakes suddenly when the brake pedal is applied. Also the brakes is low, the rear brake wheel cylinders are replaced and the brake master cylinder is replaced the all the lines are bleed. The truck has ABS.

Hi:
If nothing is leaking (wheel cylender, axle seal...) remove the rear drums and have the cut to remove the glaze. also, take sand paper are sand off the glaze from the brake shoes.

Let me know if this helps. Also, make sure the rear brakes are properly adjusted to insure the best brake pedal possible.
