emergency flasher and turn signal

Turn signal flasher is in front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted in convenience center


Hazard flasher is located in front seating area, driver side, driver side of steering column, behind dash, mounted on lower right corner of fuse block

It is a factory right hand drive and the turn signal flasher and hazard flasher aren't where the repair manual says it is. Would right hand drive flasher locations be different than a left hand drive? Any ideas where they would be located?
