Electrical problem
1994 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 150K miles
About a week ago my Jeep began turning over slowly for a couple of cranks before speeding up to normal and starting. I had the battery and charging system checked by the shock/tire/battery place where I purchased the battery. All checked out, they do not have the equipment to check more. This symptom has continued, without worsening so far. I am still able to start my car and it appears to run fine. We are not experiencing any unusually cold weather. Could the slow cranking be a symptom of the starter motor, or some other part of the starting system, beginning to fail?
