My front wipers do not go back home when shut off. Is it the wiper motor, the switch on the column or is there a relaythat accompliishes this?

Ok so do you have either a test light or a digital multi meter so we can do a couple of test? Get back to me so we can do some testing to see if it is the wiper motor or switch or just a bad conection somewhere. Thanks.
