1994 Jeep Cherokee car locks and security system

I have had a short in the security system for a while now, but I am now having a problem with the locks, they will all of a sudden start locking while driving, or I will be sitting there in the driiveway and hear them unlock on their own. I'm terribly challenged with financial ability to have repaired, so I would like to just pull the fuse to the lock system and security system and just lock the car manually. Or just cut the wires, can you tell me how to do this? Thanks
