1990 Jeep Cherokee brakes don't feel good to me

Brakes problem
1990 Jeep Cherokee 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual

i've changed master calipers pads rotors fluid. pedal feels good but stopping not good. rear brakes are good and adjusted. i bought this suv for my daughter and i just don't like the way its stoppping. she has a 1 yr old, and i want her to feel safe.(this is her first car.) i own 2 other jeeps (1990 1991) and the brakes don't feel like this at all.

Are you bleeding your system correctly?
