1989 Jeep Cherokee uneven idle/ stallingwhen stopped

i have up and down idle speeds plus it tends to stall out after warming up after i have stopped at a stop light.

your problem seems to be a dirty throttle body and possibly a faulty idle air control valve. try cleaning them first then if there is no change you will have to change the Iac.(idle air control valve)
