i have an 05 xk8. i replaced the front brakes yesterday and had the rotors turned. i compressed the pistons into the calipers without opening the system, put the pads in and put it back together. i started the car and the pedal went all the way to the floor. i can pump them up and have good pedal. drove it around the block and the same thing. you have to pump the pedal to have brakes. then i bled all 4 calipers twice and still have the same result. there is air somwhere in the system and i am puzzled as to how to get it out. any help would be appreciated.

Something is NOT right. Be careful. Check the front wheel bearings for play and be sure you tighened everything correctly. Be sure you have the correct pads.
