My 1995 Jaguar AC gets warm when the car is not moving. I have noticed when I am sitting in traffic if the electric fan turns on the ac cools down a lot. Now on my hoda accord when i turn on the AC the electirc fans comes on right away is there a problem with a relay or something?

I would have the a/c checked. The way it sounds is that the freon could be low or the system needs recharging.

AC has been checked and fully charged. Even if you press the gas pedel and raise the rpms the problem will continue un less the fan turns on or the car is moving. You then feels that eventuly the air gets cold again. I also bypaaased the fan and had it stay on like my honda accord and the ac stays cold.

I am trying to locate where the problem could be. A couple of questions, does the fans come on if the car gets hot, what I mean do they run normally when a/c is off. If you turn the heat to defrost does it come on?

The fan will come on when the car gets hot but it is pretty hot as in the temp gage is getting into the red and it will cool the car down the ac will get cooler also. This scenario occurs when in traffic as the car is sits. When I turn the defroster on if I have the ac button on the fan does not turn on and also if the ac is off the fan will not turn on.
