1997 Jaguar XJ6 leak in steering

I believe there is a leak in my power steering system. it grones when turning the wheel, I did notice fluid on the garage floor. Looking at the engine from the front there is a resevoir on the left, (its not marked) there is fluid in it but it frothy. Is the the power steering fluid resevoir?
