Fuse good?
jumper thermoswitch. fans run,replace thermoswitch
Fans don't run, jumper power in and out to fans at relay. Fans run, replace relay. with both jumpers in place check for voltage at fan connector. If you have power, and connections are clean replace fan. Note; fan or fans should run when a/c is turned on and key is in run position.
