my Jaguar 2 litre diesel emmits lots of black smoke , loses power and the glow plug light comes on.
If I do not rev the engine on local and long journeys the plug lights appears and the power drops to a maximum of 3000 revs until I turn the engine off.
if I rev the engine hard a huge amount of black smoke comes out.
at all times an abnormal amount of smoke comes out .. is this unsafe as I do 1500 miles per month
