Electrical problem
2004 Jaguar X-Type 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

The Jaguar X type has an alternator set output of 15 volts from when it starts. I believe its because the vehicle originally is designed for the low temperate regions, to cater for circuits that keep vehicles above the freezing temperature. These problems we have are in the tropics. The question is: What can we do or what can we incorporate in the circuit to keep the output voltage at 14.2volts maximum? We have gone through a lot of batteries to no avail.
