I have a very slow leake from the transmission which is the transmission fluid. An idiot mechanic put in an ignition coil (left the tags & stickers on the coil and it couldn't make contact - he had to do it again) and he also changed the oil. I never had a leaK until I had this work done by this mechanic. It started the leak the same afternoon I drove it home from his shop. My question is: Wy are there no Repair Manuals for a 1996 Jaguar VP? I have been searching for days in the internet and I can find manuals for all the other Jags but not for the '96 VP. If someone knows where I can get a copy of this manual I sure would appreciate hearing from you.

Thank you.

Click on site at bottom of reply titled manuals takes you to Mitchell 1 on demand and for $10.95 I think you can have it on your computer. Look under XJ6 vanden Plas

THANKS Docfixit for replying. However, I am wondering if the XJ6 manual is the same manual for the regular VP. Jaguar. Maybe that's why I can't find a manual for just a '96 VP . I just wanted to be sure this manual you're suggesting will work with my VP. tHANKS AGAIN.
