Taken blower out, bench test working fine, all fuses good, possible problem brn/blu 12 volt wiring supply NOT HOT AT ALL TIMES as manual says it should be. What else can I check being that this wire runs directly from blower to fuse box no other breaks & what problems would I encounter if I ran another 12 volt supply?

Yes there is power @ fuse, but there is no power @ wire connection 2 blower. I also have another 94 Jag xj6 where blowers work fine & when I tested it, there was power @ fuse & connection & once I pulled fuse there was still power @ connection 2 blower just @ lower voltage. Does this indicate I may have a bad fuse box in 94 Jag VDP? The blower is on the left(driver-side)

Ok, I pulled the left side fuse box out of 94 Jag VDP & left battery connection connected 2 fuse box & tested each prong. I found 1 weak prong on left side of fuse box(faced down) & 4 prongs that did not light at all on right side of fuse box(face down). I then did the same to other Jag xj6 just for reference & found all lit up on left side of fuse box & the same 4 that did not light on right side of Jag VDP, did not light on other Jag xj6, but everything on Jag xj6 works fine. I understand that, that weak prong in fuse box could be my problem 2 blower, but what does the four prong not lighting at all on either car mean, being 1 car system works fine?

Those terminals will only get hot when whatever they power is turned on and complete circuit. Did you OHM check wire from fuse to motor?
